❓ How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Note: Canceling before Year 3 forfeits AlgoVantage returns.
❓ Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new members. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
❓ How do I access courses?
Log into your account and visit the Programs page. All 400 courses are available immediately upon subscription.
❓ Is AlgoVantage guaranteed?
AlgoVantage returns are subject to the terms of your membership agreement and the financial health of the Wellness Education Foundation. Returns are not FDIC-insured. See AlgoVantage page for full details.
❓ Do you offer corporate or team plans?
Yes! We offer Team ([Contact for Team pricing] for 10 users), Enterprise ([Contact for Enterprise pricing] for 50 users), and Institutional ([Contact for Institutional pricing] for 500 users) plans. Contact partnerships@well.gives for details.
❓ Can I switch membership tiers?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your AlgoVantage balance adjusts accordingly.
